Position: Group Leader – F&D Reg. Mkt. (Asst. General Manager)
Education: Ph.D./ M. Pharm. in Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in formulation development, with proven leadership track record.
Expectations:
Expertise in OSD - Immediate Release (IR), Extended Release (ER), Powder for Suspension (PFOS) and Oral Liquid dosage forms (Solutions and Suspensions) for US, EU and Canada.
Lead and manage a team of formulation scientists for Product Development, Technology Transfer and Trouble Shooting
Self-Motivated and ability to drive things
The role involves providing technical leadership, driving formulation strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of regulatory-compliant products.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical, Regulatory, Manufacturing teams, Purchase, QA, Technology Transfer Team and other relevant stake holders.
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
