Job Description

Head of Marketing
Role Summary:
The Head of Marketing will lead the company’s brand, patient acquisition, referral growth, and
market outreach strategy. This person should have strong experience in hospital or healthcare
marketing and will be responsible for building awareness, driving patient volume, strengthening
doctor and hospital referral networks, and leading both offline and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the organization
● Build brand visibility and trust in the market across centers and service lines

● Drive patient acquisition through digital, offline, community, and referral channels
● Strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and other referral partners
● Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, outreach programs, events, and
partnerships
● Oversee digital marketing, content, social media, website presence, and lead generation
● Track marketing ROI, patient conversion metrics, referral performance, and campaign
effectiveness
● Work closely with operations and clinical teams to align messaging and growth priorities
● Build and manage the internal marketing team and external agencies/vendors
Preferred Profile:
● Strong experience in hospital / healthcare marketing required
● Proven track record in patient acquisition, referral marketing, and healthcare brand
building
● Experience working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or multi-center healthcare platforms
preferred
● Strong understanding of both digital and on-ground marketing
● Strong communication, execution, and team management skills
