Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving retail field sales for Tent Studio. The role focuses on market visits, lead generation, sales target achievement, customer coordination, and competitor tracking. The position requires a proactive and customer-centric individual who can execute the company’s sales process effectively and strengthen Tent Studio’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads and promote the Tent Studio brand through consistent market visits.
  2. Achieve sales targets (value, product & geography-wise) by following structured sales process (SPANCO) and route planning.
  3. Maintain CRM records, update daily reports, and share timely MIS with management.
  4. Collect market intelligence & competitor insights for product and sales strategy.
  5. Build customer relationships and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
  6. Support team learning and self-upgrade on product & sales practices.
