Backend Lead (BSL Job/ 18)

What You'll Do: • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. • Work with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality solutions. • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Contribute to application architecture and technical documentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements. What You Know: • 10+ years of professional experience in Java application development. • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+ (Java 11/17 preferred). • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA). • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
