Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented State Head (Appliances) to lead sales and operations within the region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving business growth, managing dealer networks, and leading high-performing sales teams in the consumer durable or appliances sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage state-level sales, distribution, and business operations for home appliances.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.

Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks and maintain strong trade relationships.

Monitor sales performance, channel productivity, and profitability.

Ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility across territories.

Drive new product launches and ensure successful market rollouts.

Collaborate with marketing and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand image.

Manage and mentor a team of area sales managers and sales executives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to guide strategy.
Key Skills:

Qualification:
