Job Summary:
The Senior Manager – SCM will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and products. The role involves strategic planning, vendor management, logistics optimization, and cross-functional coordination with production, procurement, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs. 
- 
	Manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution activities. 
- 
	Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners. 
- 
	Oversee demand forecasting and production planning to ensure material availability. 
- 
	Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
- 
	Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. 
- 
	Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between supply chain and business units. 
- 
	Lead and mentor the SCM team to achieve organizational goals. 
- 
	Evaluate new technologies, systems, and tools to enhance SCM efficiency. 
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 
	B.Tech / BE / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. 
- 
	15–18 years of experience in end-to-end SCM operations, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry. 
- 
	Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. 
- 
	Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
- 
	Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
