Senior Manager – HR (Compliance & Industrial Relations)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – HR (Compliance & IR) to oversee statutory compliance and industrial relations across five manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, handle union/labor relations, and implement robust people processes in a dynamic shop-floor environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (Factories Act, ESI, PF, CLRA, ID Act, etc.).

Handle industrial relations including union negotiations, long-term settlements, and grievance redressal.

Manage labor contractors, contract labor documentation, audits, and wage disbursement verification.

Coordinate with plant HR teams to standardize compliance practices and disciplinary actions.

Represent the company during labor inspections, legal hearings, and audits.

Maintain all statutory records, registers, and reports required under applicable laws.

Develop SOPs for compliance management, internal audits, and third-party audits.

Proactively monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

Ensure peaceful and productive work environments at all units through proactive IR strategies.
Candidate Requirements:

10–15 years of hands-on HR experience in manufacturing setups, with a strong focus on compliance and industrial relations.

Experience in handling multiple plants or large-scale operations across sites.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and IR practices in Haryana and neighboring states.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labor Welfare, or Law (preferred).
