PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹7 LPA
Location: Gajraula
Job Purpose:
To plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with Production, Purchase, and Stores.

Monitor and control production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

Review and analyze material availability, machine capacity, and manpower to optimize production planning.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.

Track WIP (Work in Progress) and finished goods inventory.

Prepare and maintain production planning reports, MIS, and dashboards.

Identify bottlenecks in the production process and initiate corrective actions.

Ensure effective utilization of resources to minimize idle time and maximize output.

Support new product introduction planning and ensure readiness of resources.

Work closely with the dispatch team for timely shipment planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel.
-
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
-
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred.
Qualification:
-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.

Additional certification in PPC, Supply Chain, or Lean preferred.
