Job Description

 Head – OEM Marketing

Location: Manesar

Experience: 22–28 Years

Salary Range: Up to ₹60 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall OEM marketing strategy, focusing on business growth and long-term partnerships with automotive OEMs.

  • Drive customer engagement, account management, and relationship building with key decision-makers at OEM clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate long-term agreements, and secure profitable projects.

  • Collaborate with R&D, NPD, and operations teams to align product offerings with OEM requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Define annual business plans, sales targets, and marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Guide and mentor the marketing and business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and delivering superior service standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (22–28 years) in OEM Sales & Marketing in the Automotive/Auto Component industry.

  • Strong network and established relationships with leading OEMs.

  • Expertise in contract negotiation, business strategy, and key account management.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale business operations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
