Manager – Programming & Operator (Bicchi Machine)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional for Bicchi CNC Machine programming and operation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling Bicchi machines, creating and optimizing programs, ensuring precision machining, and leading a small team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate Bicchi CNC machines for high-precision component machining.
• Prepare and optimize CNC programs to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure correct tool selection, offset setting, and fixture arrangement.
• Conduct trial runs, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Maintain machine health, tool life, and production documentation.
• Supervise machine operators and provide technical guidance and training.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet output and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
• 2–12 years of experience in Bicchi machine programming and operation.
• Proficient in CNC programming languages and controls used in Bicchi machines.
• Strong understanding of machining drawings, GD&T, and surface finish requirements.
• Leadership ability to manage shopfloor operations and guide junior operators.
