Manager – HR & Admin
Location: Bhiwadi
Experience: 7–15 Years
Salary Range: ₹6–8 LPA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Manager to oversee the end-to-end Human Resources and Administration functions at our Bhiwadi facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in core HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and factory administration within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Handle recruitment & onboarding, manpower planning, and retention strategies.

Manage payroll, statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.), and employee benefits.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Prepare and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Oversee performance management system (PMS) and training & development programs.

Ensure effective communication between management and workforce.
Administration:

Supervise facility management, housekeeping, and transport operations.

Maintain security protocols, visitor management, and asset control.

Oversee canteen, hostel, and welfare facilities for staff/workers.

Liaise with local authorities for compliance and statutory approvals.
Candidate Profile:

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent.

Experience: 7–15 years in HR & Admin functions in a manufacturing / industrial setup.

Sound knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR systems.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Exposure to union handling, contract labor management, and statutory audits.
