Finance Controller / Head – Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Controller / Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, and driving business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.

• Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund flow to support business operations.

• Handle direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support strategic business decisions.

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and government authorities.

• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team to ensure high performance.

• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems and processes.

• Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and risk management.

• Oversee ERP/SAP-based financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

• Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
