Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Engineering Manager with 8–10 years of experience in machinery design, development, or maintenance. The candidate will lead engineering projects, oversee a team of engineers, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration for timely and efficient delivery of machinery solutions and improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering activities related to design, development, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery.

  • Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, technicians, and project staff.

  • Plan and execute machine design and improvement projects aligned with business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant mechanical and electrical codes and safety standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement in machine performance, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

  • Review and approve engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

  • Oversee vendor development and coordination for machinery components.

  • Ensure project delivery within time, quality, and budget parameters.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • 8–10 years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on industrial machinery or capital equipment.

  • Experience in machinery design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

  • Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

  • Strong team leadership and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies is desirable.

  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
