Job Description

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹6.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory requirements.

  • Drafting, filing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and returns (ROC filings, MCA portal work).

  • Assist in preparation of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings (drafting notices, agendas, minutes).

  • Support in handling corporate governance, secretarial audits, and annual filings.

  • Maintain and update company policies, resolutions, and compliance calendars.

  • Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Assist in drafting agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.

  • Ensure timely reporting and compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws (if required).

Key Requirements:

  • Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive passed).

  • 2–5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.

  • Good knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance practices.

  • Proficiency in MCA portal, e-filing, and MS Office.

  • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet compliance timelines.
