Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Experience: 18–25 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function in a leading precision engineering and manufacturing organization. The CHRO will be responsible for building a strong people-centric culture, developing HR strategies aligned with business growth, and driving operational excellence across multiple plants and corporate offices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic HR plans in alignment with manufacturing and business goals.

  • Lead talent acquisition for technical and leadership roles in engineering and operations.

  • Oversee performance management systems, competency mapping, and career progression frameworks.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development across factory and corporate setups.

  • Manage industrial relations, labor union negotiations, and ensure statutory compliance at all plant locations.

  • Lead organizational transformation, change management, and digital HR initiatives (HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors etc.).

  • Design and implement training programs focused on shop-floor excellence, productivity, and lean practices.

  • Oversee C&B structure, rewards and recognition, and benchmarking practices for skilled and semi-skilled manpower.

  • Advise the Board and CEO on workforce strategy, succession planning, and organizational design.


Candidate Profile:

  • 18–25 years of HR leadership experience in precision engineering / auto components / heavy engineering / manufacturing sector.

  • Proven expertise in handling multi-plant operations, labor-intensive workforces, and strong exposure to IR.

  • Deep understanding of HR practices in manufacturing setups, including compliance with Factories Act, ID Act, and labor codes.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
