Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to handle client accounting, budgeting, MIS reporting, and indirect tax compliances. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of SAP, GST, and other indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounting and ensure accurate financial records

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Generate periodic MIS reports for management review

• Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and compliance with indirect tax laws

• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and support audit processes

• Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and closing activities in SAP

• Maintain compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements

Key Requirements:

• M.Com/CA Inter or MBA (Finance)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts

• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module)

• Strong understanding of GST, indirect taxation, and accounting principles

• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally (preferred), and financial analysis

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
