Assistant Manager – Sales (Wire Harness)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 4–10 Years
Salary: ₹7–8 LPA
Industry: Automotive Components / Wire Harness Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales strategies for wire harness products in the automotive/industrial segment.

• Handle OEM and Tier-1 customer accounts, ensuring strong relationship management.

• Achieve sales targets through effective business development and account growth.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and cost negotiations.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in sales of wire harness products in the automotive sector.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of pricing, costing, and technical specifications.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

• MBA in Marketing (preferred)
