Assistant Manager – OEM Sales (Female)
Experience: 8–15 Years
Salary: ₹10–15 LPA
Location: Noida
Industry: Automotive / Auto Components / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage OEM client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Handle end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in key OEM accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with OEM customers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.

Participate in product presentations, technical discussions, and exhibitions as needed.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Management or related field.

Proven track record in OEM B2B sales, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle key OEM accounts independently.

Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
