Assistant Manager – OEM Sales (Female)
Experience: 8–15 Years
Salary: ₹10–15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage OEM client relationships to achieve sales targets.

• Handle end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to order fulfillment.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in key OEM accounts.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with OEM customers.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.

• Participate in product presentations, technical discussions, and exhibitions as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Management or related field.

• Proven track record in OEM B2B sales, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle key OEM accounts independently.

• Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.
