Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
Experience: 6–12 Years
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹10 LPA

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

  • Assist in financial audits, coordinating with internal and external auditors.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

  • Ensure cost control and variance analysis for better financial planning.

  • Collaborate with management on financial forecasting and planning.

  • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
