Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Assist in financial audits, coordinating with internal and external auditors.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

Ensure cost control and variance analysis for better financial planning.

Collaborate with management on financial forecasting and planning.

Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
Key Skills:

Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems.

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualification:

CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
