Assistant Manager – ERP Implementation
Experience: 7–12 Years
Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
Location: New Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – ERP Implementation to lead and support ERP deployment across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), strong cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to manage ERP rollouts and customization projects from planning to post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate ERP implementation across departments (finance, production, sales, inventory, HR, etc.).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ERP vendors for requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

Manage data migration, user access, and system integration with existing platforms.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-go-live support.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and ensure smooth transition without business disruption.

Continuously evaluate and optimize ERP workflows for operational efficiency.

Prepare reports and dashboards for top management on implementation progress and system performance.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PGD in Systems preferred.

7–12 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and project management.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or trading industry ERP workflows preferred.

Proficient in project planning tools, data analytics, and system documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
