Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice processes to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and chat

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain customer records and update case details in CRM systems

Ensure high-quality service and adhere to process guidelines

Meet performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers welcome)

0–5 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO (Voice or Non-Voice)

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
