Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice processes to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Maintain customer records and update case details in CRM systems

  • Ensure high-quality service and adhere to process guidelines

  • Meet performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs)


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers welcome)

  • 0–5 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO (Voice or Non-Voice)

  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
