About the Role

 

We are looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale a high-impact EPC business focused on cement plants and industrial infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership, offering the opportunity to create and grow a business from the ground up.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

🔹 Drive business setup, strategy, and market positioning for the EPC vertical

🔹 Own complete P&L – revenue, margins, and profitability

🔹 Lead business development and secure large EPC contracts

🔹 Oversee project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost

🔹 Build and lead high-performing teams across engineering, procurement & construction

🔹 Establish strong systems, processes, and governance frameworks

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical (MBA preferred)

✔️ 15–20 years of experience in EPC / Industrial Construction

✔️ Minimum 8 years in cement plant projects (greenfield/brownfield)

✔️ Strong network across cement, industrial clients, consultants & vendors

✔️ Proven leadership experience with P&L ownership
